The sixth sense.

Have you heard of synesthesia?
Literally meaning "union of the senses," it's "a neurological condition in which two or more sensory experiences are inextricably linked in an individual." For example, some people see the alphabet in colors (certain letters being certain colors), while other can taste the shape of things or see the color of a sound. Incredibly fascinating.
