Saw the lamp below at Brooklyn Flea this weekend and I might have to have it for the following reasons:
1. I have a thing for lightbulbs with visible filaments (I don't know either...) and have been trying to find some good ones to put in my apartment.
2. This summer, I searched far and wide for a beaker big enough to use as a fish tank...but couldn't find one.
And alas, this lamp combines both of these things.
The same booth had an amazing coffee table made out of vintage letterpress type. I can't copy the image, but click here to check it out (photo #2)
Sigh. I can't wait until I have a paycheck.
