Peter Peter Pumpkin Eater

The weather this evening was calling for something warm & cozy, and I decided it was a sign I should make pumpkin chocolate chip muffins (obviously...?). I used this recipe (pouring into muffin tins instead of loaf pans and reducing the time to 25-30 minutes), and they are utterly delicious. Now I just have to stop myself from eating the entire batch in one sitting.

Mmmmm.

*Random note, in case you happen to be interested: These are the silicone muffin "tins" I use, and I highly recommend them. They're reusable and you just put them on a cookie sheet, so you don't have to store a muffin pan in your (inevitably small NY) apartment.
